“This was one of those drinks that immediately made me want to slow down and pay attention. I had it on a sunny day with a beautiful Michelin-starred lunch, paired with fish, and it felt completely at home on the table. The first thing that caught me was the colour. It’s delicate and beautiful, and somehow makes the whole drink feel even more refreshing. The taste is where it really won me over. There’s orange peel, blossoms and a lovely fizz, but the orange never becomes too much. It stays dry, fresh and elegant. What surprised me most was how much it reminded me of wine. Not in an artificial or overpowering way, but just enough to give it that familiar sense of depth and occasion. It felt luxurious without trying too hard. Elevated, refreshing and genuinely interesting to drink. I would happily buy this again. For me, this is a drink for a long, fancy lunch with friends, good food, plenty of laughter, and a beautiful table. The kind of bottle you open when you want the drink itself to be part of the occasion.”
