5.0Inspired by the Curonian Spit city of Nida, this drink is a sip of summer, well balanced and refreshing. One of my favorite drinks from them, but only made in limited batches and hard to find. I recommend strongly in case you find one bottle.

If you love sweeter drinks but want something sophisticated, this one is for you! It kicks off with bright aromas of apple, bergamot, and lemongrass, leaving you with a crisp lemongrass aftertaste. The bubbles are quite bold and aggressive, adding a fun texture. You won't find any bitterness here, just a gentle dryness from tea tannins that balances the drink out.
