  “This one really surprised me. It’s complex, fresh, and incredibly entertaining to drink. Made with Gamay grape and apple juice, it has a lovely light sparkle and a beautiful depth of flavor. The herbs really stand out, especially rosemary and thyme, with lemon verbena, sage, and a little ginger following behind. It starts fruity, then becomes more herbal, dry and savory, with a lovely piney finish. Every sip makes you want to taste it again and figure out what’s coming next. Definitely one for a dinner table, but just as enjoyable on its own. A very special drink that I would happily come back to.”
