  I was really excited to try Voyage Rosé after falling in love with Voyage Blanc, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. The first sip surprised me. It opens with intriguing herbal and botanical notes that I still can't quite put my finger on. Whatever they are, they kept me coming back for another sip. It's one of those drinks that makes you slow down and pay attention. As it opens up, delicate floral notes appear, followed by a gentle citrus finish that leaves everything feeling fresh and light. The balance is beautiful. It's dry enough to feel sophisticated, yet there's just enough sweetness to round everything out without becoming sweet. Although it's not sparkling, there's a subtle liveliness that gives it a crisp, refreshing character. What I enjoy most is how interesting it is. Every sip feels a little different, making it a drink you genuinely want to keep exploring. It's light and refreshing, but with enough complexity to feel like a proper grown-up drink. For me, this is made for dinner. It pairs perfectly with good food, a beautifully set table, and long conversations with friends. At the same time, I'd be just as happy enjoying a glass on my own after a long day. If I had to choose between the two, Voyage Blanc is still my favorite. But honestly, I'm just happy I don't have to choose. They each have their own personality, and I'm glad to have both on the shelf. And as always, Acala gets the presentation right. Their bottles never disappoint. Elegant, understated, and exactly the kind of bottle you're proud to place on the table. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. Best for: Dinner with friends, long conversations, and warm summer evenings.
